I encountered the following errors installing DECmcc SMS 2.1. At this
point, as i am writing this note, the installation is doing an IVP so
things must not have been so bad. However, the error messages were very
unsettling. I must admit i'm doing this without the benefit of an
installation manual or even the release notes.

Linking Terminal Server Manager VMS V1.4...
DECmcc TSM requires defining and setting OBJECT NML to
PROXY BOTH ALIAS OUTGOING ENABLED.
After the installation use AUTHORIZE to create proxy accounts for
all the TSM users (if you have not done so already).
VMSINSTAL asks no additional questions.
