    If you are one of those mutants running multiple network management
    products on a VMS T5.4-3 or VMS U5.4-3, be aware that there is a 
    problem in the device drivers for network interfaces (e.g., XEDRIVER,
    and others).  The problem deals with reserved protocols not being 
    handled properly by the device drivers.  
    
    This problem will be fixed in the formal SBS release of VMS V5.4-3.
    
    So if you are running field test VMS 5.4-3 and your network management
    applications don't work like they used to, you'll know why.
