With the alarm below, I'm trying to snapshot the utilization
of a circuit over 10 minutes once a hour but it fails with an evaluation
error as below.
Any clues?

I am trying to find out if this happens consistently and if it can be isolated. The alarm appears to be working OK now. I was having problems
when I had about 15 of these alarms running. I enabled about 6
of them this afternoon and they all appear to be still running.
