Could you please issue the following SHOW directive to get the utilization?
If this works you could try enabling the Alarm again. I am trying to find out
if this happens consistently and if it can be isolated.

The alarm appears to be working OK now. I was having problems
when I had about 15 of these alarms running. I enabled about 6
of them this afternoon and they all appear to be still running.
