    Hello Folks,

    I have installed the Terminal Server AM, and I am unable to
    enable it. I am experiencing the same problem as listed in note 1010.
    i.e when I kick off sys$startup:mcc_tsam_startup.com, I get error
    message %MCC-W-VEINVALID, entity MCC is not valid with verb ENABLE.

    However I have checked the dates on the MCC_PTB_PARSER.* and they show
    a date of the 17-jun-1991, which looks ok, and they are in MCC_SYSTEM.

    I have also read down through note 768 which indicated a similar
    problem, and when I do a USE MODE FORM,and do a TEST MCC 0 followed by
    <HELP>,I do not see anything like Terminal Server.

    Was the problem in note 768 resolved??
    Obviously I am going wrong somewhere, but where??

	Please make sure that you new .BPT file is located in the mcc_specific directory, or if in mcc_common it is the only one. I believe the people in the 768 found that they had a .bpt in mcc_specific that was NOT the new version, which they had in mcc_common mcc_system == mcc_common,mcc_specific jill

	Hello Jill, The one and only .BPT file which I have is in MCC_COMMON, I tried copying it and the .DAT file into mcc_specific, and attempted to enable the Terminal server AM, and still no joy. I have decided to try a re-installation and hope for the best. many thanks peter.

	Hello, Just to post the results, I reinstalled, the IVP went ok. I checked the files everything looked the same as before. I then kicked off the procedure MCC_TSAM_STARTUP.COM and it then hung in loop. I ctrl/y out and done a MANA/ENT and at the MCC>@MCC_TSAM_ENROLL and it went fine. I listed the entities and could see terminal server *.Success. many thanks. peter
