I tried to use the report package. All works fine, except for the graph topics.

When i ask for a daily or a hourly graph, i get this message:

"%SYSTEM-F-FILNOTACC, file not accessed on channel"

So i put $ SET VER in the command procedure to have more info about the
error and i saw that the error was created by the graph command.

Then, i took the DECGRAPH command line and executed it in intercative mode;
it worked, so i got the decgraph output file. 

Where is the pb ?

I use DECGRAPH V1.6

    The problem is due to a BUG in DECgraph V1.6.
    
    If you need the patch ASAP, copy
       NSSG::COLON:[MCC.S-KIT]DECGRAPH_PATCH.COM
    to your system and (after reading it, I hope) execute the proceedure
    to correct the problem. In a nutshell, the problem is that DECgraph
    gets confused as to where SYS$INPUT and SYS$COMMAND are when it is
    run from Batch. The Patch corrects the problem.
