    Is there a known problem linking MCC_KERNEL_INIT.OBJ into a shareable
    image?  Is there any documentation around that describes how to link
    shareable images with MCC_KERNEL_SHR.EXE? 
    
    I'm running into a reserved operand fault while using the debugger if
    I have an executable linked with a shareable image (linked with 
    MCC_KERNEL_INIT.OBJ).
