Even the note's file conference banner shows:

Unfortunately, DECwindows notes doesn't (easily) allow you to see the
ANNOUNCEMENT banner for the conference....
For that reason, it's usually a good idea to have a *write-locked* note to
serve as a "noteworthy announcements" area, as well.
FWIW: In DECwindows Notes you must select the "Modify..." option from the
"Conference" pulldown menu to be able to see the "Conference Notices" entry...

Thanks for the idea, but due to the nature of MCC, many groups in the
corporation place xM announcments in the kit release note (#3). If I
lock it, then I have to deal with putting in everyones announcements
for them. Sorry I just don't have the time for that, especially as the
number of groups using MCC expands. Thanks for the suggestion though.

| Jill, being that you're the Main Mod., would you consider placing the
keyword KIT on either note 3.0, or on all of the notes mentioned in the confer-
ence Notice? That's usually how I usually look for kits in other conferences.

ps. I use DECwindows Notes as well. Maybe for NOTES V2.2 they can place the
Title and Notice messages in one of the title bars, at least temporarily.
Hmmm, now HOW do I use that QAR system again?

| Many of the older ones were there, I have updated the kit keyword to
include all of the kits. (BTW: keyword creation is not limited to
moderators in this conference)
