    I tried to isntall MCCBMS011 on a VAXstation VS3100 running VMS 5.4.
    After restoring saveset MCCBMS011.D, I got a "Hardware error" message and
    a dump and the installation failed.  Can someone explain why I would
    get hardware error?  Thanks.
