Has there been some mixup in some of the manuals customers are being
sent? I spoke with a guy who ordered the SMS or BMS manual set 4 diffeent
times, and each time it was missing the DECelms manuals. He finally
spoke with someone at DECUS, and when he returned home his manuals were
waiting for him. But the local office was no help in getting this
resolved...they just kept ordering the same part number and now he has
4 sets of books, all without the DECelms manuals.
Whats happening here?

A minor correction with acronyms: the DECelms manual only ships
with the DECmcc SMS or DECmcc EMS packages, not with DECmcc BMS.
The DECelms manual is listed on the SMS/EMS bill of materials so
this *should* not have happened. The product manager for SMS/EMS
is investigating this problem.
