Using the Show window, attributes whose datatype is BINRELTIM are displayed
fine. But using the Set window and doing a Show Value(s) operation,
a message box appears with "Management Window Message: software error: output
data buffer too small".
I've verified that the out_p buffer is not the problem. The ILV fits, and
it is the same ILV that the Show window correctly formats. Attributes
of type BINABSTIM work okay.
