    I'm trying to write a new AM with an event sink running in a separate
    VMS process. All the calls I do to mcc routines give me an access
    violation status at the virtual address 14. Also, the mcc_event_put
    gives me a MCC_S_KERNINITF status for the first call to this routine.
    
    Could somebody explain to me the reason of these problems ?
