821.0. "arg. passing through CREPRC" by TOOK::FLETCHER () Wed Mar 20 1991 15:06
The Historian Background Process is to automatically created as
a detached process whenever RECORDing is started for a domain.
..
I am using the SYS$CREPRC with the SYS$SYSTEM:LOGINOUT.EXE to
invoke a command procedure for the background process (the
command procedure checks for required software installations
before invoking the Background process with the domain name.
My VMS question is this...
How can I pass an argument to the command file from within
the SYS$CREPRC call? The input argument seems limited to
the command file name.
