    Can anyone add any details to the RTM (Response Time Monitor) FM
    mentioned briefly in the latest MCC PID?  I have a customer who has
    decided on DECmcc due to EMA, but has a real sore point about RTM,
    especially between PC's using PATHWORKS and 3270 T/E through an
    SNA/GWY.
