Is there anyway that I can make the contrast better? Like use some
shades of gray?
Also, how were the background maps generated that are in the kit? With
DECpaint? Is it possible to edit them?

| use dir/keywor=map to find out where the information on maps is
located in the notes file.
Keywords are liberally used within this conference.
But in quick for, maps are NOT decpaint.
