Hello, Could someone tell me if there is anyway that DECMCC V1.1 will be able to print fairly complicated maps (other then a screen copy)? My guess is that since I didn't readily see it that it is probably something which will be done later but just thought I would check to make sure. Regards, Peter Lamb

It definately won't be in V1.1, and based on our current priority sort list, it probably won't be in V1.2. The reason is that, as you've mentioned, there is a way to get a hardcopy - print screen via the session manager. Of course we know that if your may spans the screen, you can only get a screen's worth at one time. Its on our list of things to do. | |||||

In addition to storing/printing maps (domain membership and interconnection), it would be useful to be able to save (and/or print) contents of management windows to get the functionality of FCL's "TO FILE=" qualifier. Straight ASCII text would suffice for a start (and perhaps that way it'd be less effort, since IMPM could call the same code FCL uses?) Helen | |||||
