708.0. "MCC startup hangs then doesn't" by SPOSWS::GROSS () Mon Feb 11 1991 16:16

    I have DECmcc v1.0 installed and there is a problem on startup.  When
    the DECmcc BMS is started, the window opens and the MCC> prompt appears
    and the process hangs.  There is no response but a blinking cursor. 
    So, I stop the task and restart.  Then the window opens, the MCC>
    prompt appears and the session is alive.
    
    It only hangs on the initial startup but operates normally on
    subsequent startups.
    
    Anyone else see this?  Any suggestions?
