| nope...
I am currently attempting to debug the problem I have no idea
what is happening, but you are not the first to see it (though
the other report was on another AM). Thanks for reporting it. I
will get back to you if I need more information.

689.2 | bad message, no attributes for show or set verb | GOSTE::CALLANDER | | Tue Feb 12 1991 17:06 | 8 |
| The error message you were seeing was because PTB hit an unexpected
condition. It found a (most likely) show directive with no attributes
defined for the entity. A fix to change the message to make more
sence will be added to PTB. It should simply be a warning, this
will NOT effect your tables.
thanks for reporting it.

Jill -
Is it worth displaying a warning message in this case? Displaying
the warning message may result in as many questions from the customers
as the current error message.
I have also looked further into this situation. The entity that
is causing the problem is the Terminal_Server Internet ARP entity.
This entity is not fully supported, the only valid directive is
SHOW ALL IDENT, with no identifiers (since there is only one instance
per parent...)
I will add a note to the Terminal Server AM release notes, indicating
that this message may be ignored.

689.4 | to be qared | GOSTE::CALLANDER | | Tue Feb 12 1991 17:44 | 10 |
| Actually Lynne it really isn't. For now thought I am kind of stuck.
We have already started the 30 day quiet time and I can get
string changes through alot easier then logic changes. But since
we allow shows of null identifier partitions (which is my guess
of what you have) with no other attributes required, this is no
longer even a warning condition.

(BTW I will qar this)
