	I have had problems starting up the reports package with the EFT 
1.1 version. The problem appears to be that the MCC_RPTS.COM file
cannot be executed from a spawned process. 

	The system reports an "invalid logical name error". The is due
to the SET TERMINAL/WIDTH command in the .COM file attemping via a lexical
to get the terminal id. This field appears empty in spawned processes. The
net result is that you can only run the reports package from a DECwindows
session manager started terminal session and not a fileview session.
