	We are currently implementing an Access Module for the DECbank
	Retail Applications Platform.  This is due for completion by
	April.  Can someone give me some details about the registration
	process and what criteria our development must satisfy to become 
	a bona-fide DECmcc AM.

	did you start by looking it up on the guide to writing a management module? Some information is in there. I know some is also else where in the notes file, but I would suggest starting with the latest version of the guide first.
