    I recall from a previous version that there was a recommendation
    for the pagefile size to run the Iconic Map PM. I have looked in the
    release notes and the installation guide and have not found anything.
    
    Is there a recommendation for a large pagefile?

For tolerable performance, the pagefile should be 100k blocks.
Your process VIRTUALPAGECNT should be 100k also.
