    According to the release notes for DECmcc V1.1 internal Field Test
    (X1.1.0), DECmcc V1.0 BMS external field test update kit is required.
    Is this true and if so is that kit still available on the net?

	No, that is a mistake in the release notes. It was a matter of too many cooks and not enough review. For the earlier "V1.1 IFT" releases only some components were provided and they were piggybacked on a V1.O system. At that time you had to have a V1.0 system installed first. The DECmcc V1.1 IFT kit is a full MCC system, including all of the V1.0 components. You do not need to have the V1.0 system installed first. Sorry for the inconvenience and confusion that this has caused. - Dave
