386.0. "DECmcc TCP/IP SNMP V1.0 kit" by MKNME::DANIELE () Fri Oct 05 1990 11:01

	The DECmcc TCP/IP SNMP Access Module for VMS V1.0
	SSB kit is available on node CSEVEN ( 31.16 ):

	Directory CSEVEN$DUA1:[DANIELE.PUBLIC.V10_SSB]

	DECMCC-TCP-IP_PAK.COM;1
        	                  2  20-JUL-1990 07:03:26.18
	MCCTCPIP010.A;18        216   4-OCT-1990 15:36:32.00
	MCCTCPIP010.B;18        792   4-OCT-1990 15:36:38.00

	Total of 3 files, 1010 blocks.

	There is no new functionality beyond the FT update software.
	The mngmt spec is unchanged, so when installing over the FT AM,
	YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LOAD THE DICTIONARY AND REBUILD THE PARSE TABLE.

	There have been some changes to the installation procedure ( separating
	dictionary update from parse table update ), and the release notes
	are more complete. Please note also that chapter 5 of the DECmcc
	installation guide contains information on installing asynchronous
	management modules, and documents the intallation dialogue.

	The final copy of the use book is at

	WORDY::USER$657:[PUBLIC.NMS]DECMCC_TCPIP_SNMP_AM_USE_FINAL.PS

	and is 2385 blocks.

	The ( FT ) PAK is unchanged. It will expire 30-Nov. When a 'real' PAK
	is available I'll place it in this directory.

	~~~
	Thanks to all of you who've been field testing along the way,
	and especially those of you who filled out the questionaire.
	Regards,
	Mike
