I believe that it is DECs policy to place coyright statements/headers
in ALL files supplied with a Digital product.   There are 
several new command files for V1.1 new features in MCC_COMMON, these
currently contain developer's names.  It is clearly DEC policy to
not include names in these files.  /Claudia
