I have just installed MCC and although the product starts up O.K. whenever I exit I get the following message.. %SYSTEM-F-ROPRAND, reserved operand fault at PC=00133CF6, PSL=03C00006 %SYSTEM-E-ROPRAND, reserved operand fault at PC=00000000, PSL=000F6378 %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=01, virtual address=0608DE30, PC =000F6389, PSL=03C00000 I have looked through the notesfile but can't see anyone mentioning a similar problem. What do you think is causing this? Thanks in advance Callum MacDonald South Queensferry

I'm guessing that this is threads/stack related. Someone is probably corrupting the stack someplace. What commands do you issue? Does it always happen no matter what commands you enter? What are your process quotas? Do you mean that when MCC was run during the installation (IVP, etc.) there were no error messages, but right after the installation, the error messages started showing up, even from different processes? What does the version number say when you type manage/enterprise? Also, it may be useful to know what version of VMS you are running. -Matt. | |||||

Also, have you installed any of the asynch products (like TCP/IP) or any development AMs? |
