Maybe this problem has already been reported, but if not here it comes:
When trying to register a node4 that is protected on NML , this means
one that gives you
$mc ncp tell ABC sh kno nodes
%NCP-F-CONNEC, unable to connect to listener
-SYSTEM-F-REMRSRC, insufficient system resources at remote node.
DECmcc will return you the error
The requested operation cannot be completed
MCC Service Error = Insufficient resources in management
module
Maybe a minor problem, but a misleading error message anyway.
