Is there a document that provides a good technical overview of our
network management products and strategy. I need something that I can
give to my customer. (ie. White paper)

DECmcc that is publicly available and easy reading.

There are some papers that have been published in an IFIP conference
proceedings, and are available in a public directory (along with a slew
of other papers that are NOT intended to leave the company). For
copyright reasons, we cannot provide reprints of the IFIP papers, but
YOU can read them.
