    I have just done a new installation on VMS5.3 and DNS 1.1.
    
    When running the IVP for the DIR, I got an error on the DAP check, 
    it says it needs a Delta time and its being given an absolute one.
    
    Have I got a bad copy of the software, or is this something I've done?
    
    I had some trouble installing it, through lack of disk space on the
    system disk
