What is the schedule for distribution for the DECmcc V1.1 EFT kit ? 

One of our strategic vendors (currently developing against V1.0 EFT) is
somewhat anxious.

	Although we  expect  it  to be soon, I'd rather not discuss EFT
	schedules until after we've accomplished the task.

	Lets not put schedules in our notes files.
