The toolkit ref and the installation manual both have one-page headers
(apparently generated by Interleaf) noting when the postscript file was
created and what went into it.
When the file is printed on an LPS20 to get double-sided pre-drilled
ready-to-put-in-a-binder output, the header throws off the page sequencing,
so pages meant for the right-hand page are on the left and vice versa.
No huge deal, it doesn't make it hard to read, it is just wierd having
chapters start on the back of a page.
