    I'm trying to understand the actual situation of the user version of
    the product DECmcc v1.0; so i've readen the Business Plan and System
    Plan available in the Easynet location 
    
    DELNI::USER$29:[DHILLA.PUBLIC]
    
    but i'm not sure that one is the last one.
    
    I have also some doubts in terms of :
    -ALLARMS module performance (how many nodes,wich is the minimum polling
    time...)
    -CONFIGURATIONs (when a real Database for MIR service)
    
    My obvious goal for these informations is to understand well and set
    the customer aspections about the DECmcc product.
