Can someone tell me, if upon startup or initialization of MCC, terminal type is checked and if so, is a terminal such as a VT100 rejected? This question arises out of a need for customers to access the TSM portion of MCC from a home dial in connection. Thanks, Al

No we do not support VT100, but we also don't reject them. The forms and command line interface are specified as supporting VT2xx devices. These will be the only ones officially supported by the system. jill
90.2 | which DECmcc? | TOOK::STRUTT | Colin Strutt | Fri Apr 06 1990 13:15 | 7 |
Is .0 referring to DECmcc Management Station or DECmcc Director. .1 was, I believe, referring to the latter. I suspect the questioner might be referring to the former. Colin
90.3 | .2 is for the director | GOSTE::CALLANDER | Fri Apr 06 1990 15:18 | 2
Colin is right I was referring to the director no SMS/EMS. |
