The change in the procedure for calling MCC$STARTUP.COM for EFT is documented. What is not documented is how to undo the IFT version. Right now my system is trying to execute MCC$STARTUP twice, with unfriendly results. Is it OK to manually edit SYS$STARTUP:VMS$LAYERED to remove the line that calls MCC$STARTUP?
