67.0. "REQUEST - TRM_PM SBI feedback, key definition suggestions, etc., goes here" by TOOK::DITMARS (Pete) Tue Mar 06 1990 17:49
Hi,
As of version UT1.0.0 of MCC, the TRM Presentation Module supports a
Screen Based Interface (SBI) mode. (Look at the release notes, on-line
help, or the product documentation for more information on SBI.)
We expect real live "it's broken" type bugs to be reported as QARs via the
normal MCC support channels:
- QARs on the NACQAR system, or,
- for those who don't have access to NACQAR, base topics in this
conference (not replies to this base topic, please)
But, since SBI is a user interface, people are bound to have some comments
of the form:
"Gee, I wish it worked this way.", and
"I think you should use key X to do function Y, because Z."
I thought it would be productive to try to gather comments of this sort
here, in one note, so everybody who has an interest can see what everybody
else is thinking. Whether you are an MCC developer or an MCC user, we'd like
to hear what you think about SBI. If you reply to this topic, we'd appreciate
it if you would introduce yourself in note 6.
So, if you've got the urge to tell someone what you like or dislike about SBI,
or if you want to make an SBI wish, add a reply to this topic.
regards,
Pete
