TITLE: NSDS-E-EXECUTERROR, followed by RMS-F-IFI Error

SYMPTOM:
You attempt to access an RMS file using the Rdb Transparent Gateway for RMS
from a client application, such as Crystal Reports, and receive the following
errors:
NSDS-E-EXECUTERROR, error in execution
RMS-F-IFI, invalid internal file identifier
RESPONSE:
This error may indicate a shortage in a VMS quota for the SQL/Services
startup account (usually SQLSRV$SRV or SQLSRV$DEFLT). The effected quota
has been known to be PGFLQUO. Check the PGFLQUO of the startup account and
increase it. Try the query again.
