SYMPTOM: The only system currently in US WW Rdb support configured to
         access DB2 data using Rdb Transparent Gateway for DB2 is a VAX
         called DBS400 in NEDC.  Contact either Don Green (DJGREEN), Diane 
         Bither (DBITHER), or Renee Bastine (RBASTINE) for access info for 
         DBS400.  

         From SQL on DBS400 the following attach string can access DB2:

         SQL> attach 'f /type=db2/node=dnsna1/nosecu/us=dbi1l700/appl=cicsxai-
              /acc=mvs/logon=lu62dw1/database=dbi1l700';
