SYMPTOM: The CICS application DEC2 never winds down, once activated it remain
         active forever.


RESPONSE: Sent to engineering as bug number 483038.  This application should
          wind down on either a transactional boundry or on a SQL disconnect.


WORKAROUND: You can add the parameter RTIMOUT to the CICS terminal definition
            and specify a value which will cause the application to run down
            if it's been idle for X amount of time.
