Where can I get more info about DCOM for UNIX mentioned in a web page:- http://www.digital.com/info/alphaserver/solutions/guides/interop/chap7.htm According to this page DCOM for DIGITAL UNIX is a standard part of every WNT system. How does one take a look at it? Does anyone know what are the differences between DCOM for DIGITAL UNIX and SoftwareAG's port of DCOM to UNIX platforms? Thanks in anticipation. Bill

The ObjectBroker, ObjectBroker Desktop connection and DECmessageQ products were sold to BEA Systems. This is the BEA Systems Notes file for the Desktop. Digital did not sell the DCOM project. For infomration on DCOM you should use a Digital notes file (TLE::DCOM) and or contact Dan Gilfix, the product manager. |
