Brief Description of Problem:
-----------------------------
They have a C/S application: Server on Digital UNIX, Clients are a
mix of unix and NT. When a client request service (via TCP/IP sockets),
the server creates a new socket "socket()" and provides the service
without error providing only unix based clients are on the network.
Whenever they add a Windows NT 4.0 client, the server attempts a
write "write()" operation (back to the client) and fails. The server
process terminates and must be restarted.
