    Brief Description of Problem:

1.  The web page states that the SDK Kit contains "Digital UNIX Multi
User".  Is this the same as the "Digital Unix Unlimited Use License"?

2.  Is it true, with the purchase of the SDK Kit I will receive all the
licenses for the products listed on your web page,
www.partner.digital.com/www-swdev/pages/Home/ASAP/unix_sdk_content.html,
and along with the licenses I will receive updates to these products as
they occur?

3.  Will I automatically have the right to install these updates on my
development systems or do I need to purchase something else?

2.  Do I only need to purchase one kit per site even if there are 5
development systems at that site location?  Can the licenses that are
obtained via the SDK kit be installed on all 5 systems?

3.  If I have a development system at a field location, can I install the
licenses I obtain from the SDK kit on that system?

4.  Can the licenses I obtain from this program be installed on all
development systems owned by Encore?

I'll try to answer, but please remember that the Terms and Conditions are
what apply.  If my answers are incorrect, they do not replace the Ts & Cs.

The intent is that the demo/dev system will allow unlimited user logins.

The list of products changes from time-to-time, but I believe it is current.
If you have questions about specific products, please let me know.

I believe that the Ts & Cs permit you to load the SDK on demo/dev system.
You must already own a base operating system license.  If you do not have one,
it must be purchased.

Purchase as many or as few kits as needed.  The Ts & Cs allow you to install
the SDK on all demo/dev systems.

Please check the Ts & Cs or call 800-332-4786.  I do not know if there are site
considerations with the SDK program.
