Backup is for a VMS system he was having trouble loading tcpip software
and want to do backups over the net. Gave him the commands for doing physical
and image backups and explained the install process for third party device.

Leo and I stepped through all the start scripts: ucx$config and
through the basic networking components. They also tried Process Sw,
tcpware software with no luck. We think they have a networking
hardware problem and since this is a new box, I gave them the 800
number to call if Avnet did not register them.
