    Brief Description of Problem:

    Jennifer has a VMS/UCX configuration running TCP/IP on VMS. She says
    that ftp does not work between VMS and other unix (linux) systems in 
    her environment.

    I am not familiar with UCX environment/setup on VMS. Will have someone
    from sys admin give her a call back.
