    Brief Description of Problem:

  Customer left very un-intelligble voicemail - something about "DCE not coming
back up after a move" and "...Error starting remote RPC services...".  I tried
talking with him for awhile, but he is very confused.  I told him to mail me 
his startup log file(s) and I'd take a look, but suggested he chase this through
the CSC.  This system was working before they moved it and now it sounds like 
his network infrastructure is hosed and he's not seeing some kind of DCE server
he needs, cheers...

	Greetings! On a wild hair, I thought I'd research this a bit and the Delta-time patch (which would have started biting people today) is MANDATORY for systems with DCE installed. The DCE-PRODUCTS conference, note 2132 has the details. I've left voicemail with a general voicemail inbox for Lasse (I hope?) and asked him to call me ASAP - the timing of this is sort of suspicious... 	Greetings! I hadn't back from Lasse after I sent him mail asking if he had installed the Delta-time patch (since DCE was potentially impacted by this). After some telephone tag this morning he did get my message, installed the patch and all is well, call closed...
