Brief Description of Problem:

Customer is having trouble with InstallShield and their product
installing on a AS4100. Apparently the system has had hardware
trouble, and I told her that would be something field service
would have to handle. I also mentioned that Ansys had been
experiencing some troubles with InstallShield on Alpha's
and I would look into which versions. I asked her to double
check the OS version and whether or not service packs were
installed and the version of InstallShield.
