Both 'dbx' and 'ladebug' crashes the system when debugging some of his OpenGL
programs. This sounds like a repeat of the 'dbx' troubles noted in #3457.*.
For some reason I couldn't complete the call but another note had his email
address and I've sent John the "work-around" (assumimg I guessed his version
stuff correctly, awaiting feedback...
