Another question.
On my DEC AXP Open VMS system with version 6.1, I have the UCX v 3.1. I
've found a
bug in it.
BUG DESCRIPTION
The mail messages (SMTP) come and go via the UCX_SMTP account. Sometimes
for some reason the batch file that is executing while a message
arrives/leaves doesn't delete the temporary file eg.
19970403........ucx_clio;1 but it only limits the filesize to 0 blocks
length.
This causes the directory file number to increase and the mail stops
because it can't create a new file. AFter the deletion of the empty files,
the mail starts to work again.
I've looked in the batch job that runs while a mail arrives/is send but I
can't enter a new command because I don't know the name of the file (it
changes according to date-time-etc) and I don't want to delete any
unforwarded mail by mistake.
QUESTION
Is there any patch to be installed? Where it can be found?
