| Greetings!
I did a liitle checking and couldn't verify the serial number Mary supplied.
The serial number per the "SEED_LOOKUP" account shows the status of the system
as "Sold" and therefore, the partner is no longer eliglble to receive "Seed
PAK's". I sent her the following reply asking her to double-check the serial
number and/or contact her business relationship manager or the "Alpha Seed
Program" office, cheers...

Subj: RE: Request for an OpenVMS PAK script
Greetings!
This message is to acknowledge the email request you sent to the ASAP
developer's support address re: a PAK script for OpenVMS Alpha. I did a
quick check on the serial number you supplied in your mail message and this
system shows up as "sold" indicating that your company purchased the system.
If this is the case, you will need to purchase a proper license for the base
operating system and any additional layered products you need. The "Alpha
Seed Program" office only supplies PAK's for "seed systems" currently being
loaned to partners.
Please be advised that the "Alpha Seed Program" office is conducting a
physical inventory and sent a request to all partners with "seed systems"
some time back to verify the location of the systems and to provide an email
address where the new PAK scripts should be sent. If you have questions re:
the status of the system(s) in question, you might contact your ASAP business
relationship manager or contact the Program Manager, Connie Davis, at (508)
467-3604, cheers...

Subj: Partner request for a PAK script (Speakeasy Computing Corp.)...
Greetings!
Tony Swiekrowski here again with another request for new PAK's I got yesterday
from a different partner. FWIW, I did a quick check of the serial number the
customer supplied and this time the system showed up using the "SEED_LOOKUP"
account on CSSE, but the the status was "Sold". I presume this system may have
been a "loaner" at one time, but now the customer owns it. I have not heard
back from the customer to date. Thanks again for your help in this matter and
please let me know if you need any additional information, cheers...

something out - a quick check didn't indicate this was related to
an existing call, cheers...
