The C++ class complex not found when using Digital UNIX V4.0
But they have not encountered this problem when using Digital UNIX
V3.2. Are there any additional libraries to be installed.
I'll check whether they have installed the RTL's and check about the
version.

After Installing the RTL the problem got resolved.
