I left a message for Ingrid/Donna to give him a call back and help him with scheduling. I also sent some email to him to expect a call from them and also gave him the porting center phone number. Darren,
A little more information on scheduling time at the porting centers. I have
asked Ingrid Ringland who manages the centers to give you a call so
you may schedule some time. Additionally the direct line to the porting
centers is listed below if you don't hear from her in the next day or so.

The porting center is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of
8:30am - 5:00pm (EST)
(except Digital observed holidays).
