Henry wants to port an application from Alpha NT using DEC Fortran to
Intel NT and wanted info on the availability of Visual Fortran v5.0.

    I told Henry that Visual Fortran v5.0 for Intel NT is available now.
    He is also interested in the Alpha NT version of the compiler.  This
    is not shipping yet (plans are to ship it late summer/early fall).
    He asked if he can get a beta kit.  I offered to check with the Fortran
    product manager here to see if they are still accepting beta sites.

    Beta program for Intel V5.0 product is over but we will accept
    candidates for the next round of field test which includes the Alpha 
    product.  It will be a relatively short field test because the IDE bits 
    are frozen and the compiler was previously tested.  We are especially 
    interested in finding sites that want to test the IMSL libraries.

    Attached is the contact info for a software partner who is interested in
    participating in the Digital Visual Fortran field test for Alpha NT.
    He is currently using DEC Fortran on Alpha NT and will be doing a port 
    to Intel NT.  I pointed him to the Fortran web page for order info on 
    the Intel NT kit.  He would like to use the Digital Visual compiler on
