Allen said that several of the fields in /proc's prstatus structure in Digital
UNIX V3.2 were incorrect, and wanted to know if there were still problems in
V4.0.  He said that he saw some numbers in user/system CPU time that looked
flakey. 

I told him that I didn't know of any problems, and said that I use vmubc
(gave him a pointer) and said that its numbers always looked reasonable to me.
